Teachers are very important to the students' whole life,they may affect students' everything deeply.
Ms.G is a successful teacher who is loved by all her students.But at the beginning,the situation is not so good.
The students in Ms.G's class are black people.Because the black are looked down upon by the white,so they are hopeless to their future.They do not treat Ms.G who is a white people as their teacher.They do not listen to her at all.In order to improve this terrible situation,Ms.G makes her every effort.she treats her students not only as her students but also as her friends even as her own kids.She tells them that everyone in the world is the unique one.she loves them from the bottom of her heart.She buys books for them,encourages them to read more books.She also makes them talk with the Jews who are treated badly to make their own confidence.She cares for them with an honest and enthusiastic heart.What is more important,she do not ignore anybody,even the one who is bad-behaved.
However,it reminds me of Miss. Fang who is my middle school teacher.I do not think she is a successful teacher.Maybe she knows well about the subject she is teaching,but it is not enough,she should also know well about psychology.However, as for her, she pays much more attention to our achivement than our inner feelings. She is used to judging a student by his/her studying result. It is not fair to others.
As a teacher, he/she should care for every student no matter the student is good-behaved or bad-behaved.That is, a teacher should treat all the students fairly, just as Ms.G. I think, treat students faithfully and fairly are the right ways that Ms.G earns respect and trust.She has set such a good example for us,we should learn from her and try our best to become a teacher like Ms.G.
